Jerry Mason
As Co-founding Partner Jerry has brokered, managed, invested in, and developed multi-family properties for 36 years. Jerry graduated from OSU with a B.S. in Business management, is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington, and was the past president on Metro Multi-family Housing Association, the largest apartment management professional organization in the Northwest.  He brings a wealth of experience to each opportunity.

Brad Meyer
As a Partner Brad is focused on investor relations, partnership formation and pairing investors with the best-fitting investments.  Brad is a second generation apartment broker with 23 years experience as an owner operator. Prior to Westland Brad ran a real estate services team at CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBRE) providing institutional quality acquisition, disposition and development consulting services to private mid-market investors.

Erik Mattson
As a Partner with focus on investor relations and financial analysis Erik specializes in the evaluation of investment suitability. Erik graduated from BYU-Idaho with a B.S. in Business Management with a finance emphasis. For the last 6 years, Erik has assisted with the planning, developing and managing multi-family properties. Erik is an experienced investor who values long term growth over short term gains.

Barry DeSemple
As a Partner focused on property acquisitions, Barry identifies underperforming properties in emerging local sub-markets. He has been a real estate broker in Oregon & Washington since 1996. His clients depend on his perspective and experience as an owner and investor, particularly when acquiring or preparing to market a property.
