Our strategy supersedes these times

Through ups and downs, booms and busts, wars and recessions, the basic human necessity for shelter has remained constant.

In this new economic reality, demand for affordable housing is growing, particularly in the Portland Metro area, but the cost of new construction and other constraints keep the supply of affordable rental housing primarily limited to existing apartment buildings.

Our strategy is to meet Portland's need for clean, safe, centrally-located affordable housing through strategic upgrades and effective management of Portland's existing stock of apartments.
